Greetings, Gentles, I hope this missive finds you well

This is Vlad your Kingdom Earl Marshal. I am writing to bring several important items to everyone’s attention. First and foremost, I will be stepping down as Kingdom Earl Marshal in June of this year. I am looking for a replacement. All interested parties should contact Their Royal Majesties and me by May 1, 2021. The Kingdom Rapier Marshal has reached the end of his term of service. His job has been posted and we have not yet received sufficient applicants to make a decision. If you are interested, contact Their Royal Majesties and me as soon as possible. The Clerk of the Roster position is ready for a changeover. Interested parties should contact Their Royal Majesties and me by May 1, 2021.

This is a reminder for all gentles authorizing in a marshal activity: Authorization paperwork is only good as an authorization card for 60 days after an authorization has taken place. Any gentle who fails to get their paperwork turned in by this deadline will need to complete a new authorization for this activity.
