June Missive

Greetings to all,

Living through historic times as we have been has not been easy, but I am hopeful that at the end of this we will have all learned new skills and will be more adept at using technology to connect outside of events. It has been a busy month. The Northshield seneschal team met for the first time using Zoom and had a good meeting where we discussed the challenges of our new reality and brainstormed some ideas on how to adapt. The kingdom has purchased a Zoom account for the use of our groups and I encourage group officers to request it for meetings. We launched a survey to find out how people in the kingdom would most like to connect online and I hope to share the results soon.

I would like to mention the Social Media team and Baroness Caoilfhionn inghen Cheallaigh uí Mhórdha who were praised in the Society President’s notes. Thank you for your ongoing service.
