Elashava and Berengaria notify that they have selected Geirfold halvblindi Kolbeinson as the new Kingdom Historian/Archivist.

Due to Society level cuts in the Northwatch stipend, we need to change the policy for printing event ads. New policy will start with the May 2011 issue. Each event gets a half page ad for one month at no cost. Full page ads or additional months may be purchased by the sponsoring groups.

Law change to support Augmentation of Arms to be published in the April Northwatch and proclaimed:

X – 1230 - Augmentation of Arms

An Augmentation of Arms may be awarded by the Crown to specially honor a person for service to the Kingdom above and beyond the call of duty. Each augmentation is a specific charge at the Crown's discretion, to be added to the individual's heraldic arms.

Notice to Stallari that THL Berengaria is not able to step into the role of Kingdom Chronicler at this time. Viscountess Elashava will continue in the role, and is endeavoring to find a successor.

Request from Sir Gunther to consider Count Stephen for the office of Kingdom Earl Marshal. This application is accepted.
