Greetings Unto the Populace of Northshield,
Some things have come to light as I have settled in to my new position, and I thought I ought to share the clarifications with you all.
Primarily, it is the responsibility of the Group Marshals, or MIC of the event to report to me anything involving Youth Rapier participants. If you have youth fighters attending your group practices I need a roster of any fighters under the age of 18. If you are marshal in charge of an event that includes youth rapier activities or authorizations, I need a copy of the event report, and the list of any youth fighters who authorized at the event. To further clarify, if you have youth involved in the Plastic Foil Experiment (ages 6-13) all this information also needs to be reported to Don Simon Morcar.
