Reason: Extensive research in the construction of historical aiglets. Demonstrates techniques at events. Has donated aiglets as well as hooks and eyes to the Northshield auction. Encourages others by opening his home and hosting jewelry guilds. Teaches and encourages people in needlework and armoring. Beneficial to the local area as well as the Kingdom.

Award/Scroll Wording:: While traversing the vast lands of Our Kingdom, We, Tom and Sigrid, King and Queen of Northshield, were lucky to happen upon Gerald Loosehelm, after the amazing tales we heard about him. He is a man of many talents that include needlework, armoring and jewelry creations. He has gone above and beyond by analyzing the construction of aiglets, even obtaining museum pieces to analyze. He also takes great delight in sharing his knowledge with others.

For these many reasons, We feel Gerald is most deserving to be inducted into the Order of the Brigits Flame.

Notes about the Award/Scroll:: Elder Futhark runes burned into balsa wood within a Celtic knot. Metallic gold and copper acrylic paint used for flames and white acrylic paint used for torch base.
