Meeting summary from 12/10/2017
Only 3 members were in attendance: John Lyon, Eva Schocker, and Kathryn Belt. So technically we had a Quarrum of officers but there wasn't a lot to discuss.
-John will be submitting a bid for Fall Crown (October 2013). I will be using a slightly modified version of the coronation bid that was submitted. Eva will be getting some pictures of site so I can add them to the Bid package.
-We talked about our next meeting, which will be the Sunday after 12th night in the cities. All of those in attendance were planning on going to that event. We discussed either moving the meeting or holding a brief meeting at 12th night.
-discussed plans for Bridget's Fyre, there are some concerns we might not have enough people to make it happen. John isn't going to be able to attend to help. Not sure if we are going to have a marshal available for the day to allow martial activities. It was suggested that the FB event page is used to get people talking about making plans for the event. There may be a need to cancel the event if we can't get enough folks together to make it work.
