Outgoing Earl Marshal

Greetings, Brothers and Sisters Northshield,
From the outgoing KEM,

It is with great pleasure that I announce
to you the next Kingdom Earl Marshal for
Northshield, Count Stephen DuBois. It has
been a pleasure serving Northshield for the
past two years.

I will be publishing the latest version of
the Northshield armored combat rules on the
websites before my time is up and handing
this version over to Stephen. The latest
version will include any changes over the past
two years, as well as any society changes that
have taken effect.

Again thank you to all the people that have
made my two years of service enjoyable.

Incoming Earl Marshal

Greetings Kinsmen,

First, I would like to thank Sir Gunther
for his service to this office over the last two
years and making my transition into the
office a smooth one.

My philosophy is very basic, Keep It
Simple! Have a clear concise rule set, follow
the rules, do the necessary paperwork (to be
kept at a minimum), be safe, and have fun.
