This is just a reminder that its time for 4thQuarter and Domesday reporting and it will be due by the end of January. I willbe sending out the starting numbers for each group to make sure you start withthe numbers you ended up with last year. Please make sure your Domesday reportstarting numbers match.
Wisconsin Exchequers will have to fill out4th Quarter and Domesday reports for both SCA, Inc and SCA - Wisconsin, Inc. Thestarting numbers for your SCA - Wisconsin, Inc should be the same as your 3rdQuarter report.
The reporting turnout was less thanimpressive for 3rd Quarter, please make an effort to get your reports to me bythe end of January and I cannot turn in my reports until yours are done. Yes...I will stalk you if you don't.
TIP OF THE MONTH - Balancing your Domesdaycan be very, very, very challenging. I strongly suggest starting next year thatyou do cummulative reporting all along. That way your 4th Quarter report iseffectively also your Domesday report. It also makes it much easier to addressissues much earlier in the year. Also, I recommend starting 2011 off with usingthe new Ledger report that you should be able to import directly into eachquarterly and year end report. Lastly, when trying to find that mysterious numberthat doesn't match a good trick is to walk back through your bank statementsand match them to your register. Usually this is where you'll find somethingthat doesn't match. (Okay, there were three tips in this but everything helpswith year end reporting!)
