Requesting Background Checks (US)

Background checks are needed for some officer positions, as well as to work with youth.

According to Society policy, follow these steps to request a background check:

1) Contact the Kingdom Seneschal at seneschal@northshield.org. Please include the reason you are asking for the form.

2) The Seneschal will send you the form and the address for where to send it.

3) Fill out and scan the form and then send directly to Society at the address provided ONLY. The address will be sent along with the form. Because the form contains your date of birth and SSN, this limits access to your information.

4) When you send the form please notify the Seneschal and also Kingdom Youth Officer (youth@northshield.org), the Kingdom Youth Armored (marshal-youth@northshield.org), or the Kingdom Rapier Combat Marshal (rapier-youth@northshield.org) as applicable. That way they can track the request's progress.
