As is tradition in my missives, I am going to continue to highlight two of my many hardworking deputies. In this Northwatch, I will be highlighting the Kingdom Youth Officer and the Page Program Deputy.
The Youth Officer handles communication and reporting about youth activities within Northshield. This position is a liaison with Seneschals and Autocrats on youth programs and issues. They communicate the Kingdom Youth Policy and help facilitate discussion that will help to generate the strategy and direction of youth activities. The position is responsible for maintaining the website for youth activities. The MOY advertises successes and encourages the active participation of youth within the activities of the Society. The Northshield Page Program deputy is responsible for installing and maintaining the Page Program, working with the youth and their parents to improve the program, creating and maintaining online classes, maintaining the Northshield Page Program website, organizing classes and service opportunities, and tabulating and reporting service hours and class credits to the Kingdom Webminister. The program head will have three deputies to assist them with working with event staff, organizing classes and service opportunities, and collecting information for reporting purposes. These deputies will represent the three regions of Northshield (Lakes, Plains, and Woodlands).
