Hello, Northshield,
I would like to remind all event stewards and group seneschals that you must submit ALL required information for your event to be advertised in the Northwatch. Event ad submission guidelines can be found at http://northshield.org/Posts/Display.aspx?ID=67. Please contact the Event Information Officer or the Northwatch staff if you have questions.
If you are applying for a background check, you must have a valid membership. Please notify the Kingdom Youth Officer and myself that you have sent in your paperwork. I need to approve all applications before Society processes them.
Officers! Please plan on attending Officers Day on Aug. 27 in Korsvag. This event is for current and potential officers and those interested in the administration of SCA in Northshield. It should be a great day of learning! Schedule for classes is available at http://bit.ly/292L4NF
Bids! – We need bids for 2017 Coronations and Crowns. If you have questions about the bid process and what is required to host a Kingdom event, please contact me. I am happy to walk you through the process. Bids for Spring Coronation and Crown are due September 30. Bids for Fall Coronation and Crown are due January 1.
