Greeting and Salutations!
I have learned so very much in the last few weeks since taking office. I am certainly excited to see what I can do to help this office move forward and grow with the times. Have you, dear reader, ever thought about being a Chronicler? Have you ever thought about building a newsletter for your group? We can learn so very much from each other and I personally love reading the local newsletters sent to me each month! If you are interested, please feel free to contact me or tap me on the shoulder at an event.
In the next few months, I am planning to attend Castle Fever, Warriors and Warlords, Pas de Armes, and Officers Day.
The theme this month is Fundraising. We'd liket o thank the contributors on this subject as well as everyone in Northshield who have contributed to the fundraisers that have helped keep our Royal Family traveling and our Kingdom running over the years.
Finally, I would like to announce the themes forthe next few Northwatch issues. July’s theme willbe all things Roman in honor of Gaius JuliusCaesar of the Julii (whom this month is namedafter), August will be on all things German(because, why not??) and September will be anissue for children. I would love for the children ofNorthshield to submit drawings, stories, articles,and interesting facts for this issue! Please feel freeto contact me with any questions you may have.
As always, the date of submission is one monthprior to the publication month, so the JulyNorthwatch submission date is June 1st, etc.
