Their Majesties shared the sad news of the passing of Lady Cecelia di' Cefalu. A moment of silence was held in rememberance.

Non-substantive law changes were read into court. They are included at the bottom of this report.

The toy run will occur virtually sometime this summer. There will be an online form for parents/guardians to fill out and a toy will be mailed to your child(ren). If you would like to send in a video of them opening the toy package, please consider sending it in for inclusion in the compilation video. More information on this will be forthcoming.

rescind that permission for cause. This permission does not equate to these events being

Kingdom sanction or sponsorship of these events.

Kingdom patronage or make an event subject to the requirements of a Kingdom Event. The
future use of these titles cannot be presumed and are not ongoing.

Known World Events are defined in Society Seneschal’s Handbook. 
Kingdom Events are defined as events which are critical to the maintenance of the realm such
as Crown Tournament or Coronation, or events that further Kingdom goals and have direct
support and oversight of a Kingdom officer(s). Kingdom Events always require a bid to be
presented to the Stallari Council as outlined in Northshield Policies. Language which suggests
Kingdom sponsorship or sanction of an event such as use of the terms “Kingdom”, or
“Northshield”, will occur as part of the bid process. 
Any event that does not fit these definitions is defined as a local event.

The authority to negotiate and sign a contract on behalf of the Kingdom as a whole can be
delegated to a person or persons only by the Kingdom Seneschal with the approval of the
Stallari Council.

the approval of the Crown in consultation with the Stallari Council. The Stallari Council may
need to act as the Kingdom Financial Committee if there is money involved. The authority to
negotiate and sign a contract on behalf of the Kingdom as a whole is the duty of the Kingdom
Seneschal or a designated representative that has been approved by the Stallari Council.
